This Crispello Meet For Treats Activation (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") is an initiative of Mondelez India Foods Private Limited having its registered office at Unit No 2001, 20th Floor, Tower-3 Wing-C, One International Center Parel, Mumbai- 400 013 (“Mondelez”). Please read these terms and conditions including the ones set out in Annexures hereto (together "T&Cs") before participating in this Campaign. In case of conflict, the provisions of the Annexures shall prevail.
Participation in this Campaign can be done by visiting www.crispellomeetfortreats.com ( “Website”).
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Campaign and "We" or "Our" or “Mondelez” shall mean Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Campaign and "We" or "Our" or “Mondelez” shall mean Mondelez India Foods Private Limited.
This is a limited period Campaign and relates to Cadbury Dairy Milk Crispello (“Product”)
1.1. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
1.1.1. You need to be a natural person;
1.1.2. You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
1.1.3. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
1.1.4. You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
All who fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be considered and referred to as “Participant” and collectively “Participants” for the purpose of these T&Cs.
1.2. Our and/or Campaign Partners and/or Campaign Partner employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our/their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.
1.3. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, State and local laws and regulations in India. The Campaign may at any time at the sole discretion of Mondelēz be terminated/ cancelled/amended/suspended for any reasons without providing any prior notice to the Participants. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
1.4. Mondelez reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any person from the Campaign on grounds of: (a) misconduct or criminal record or acted or have the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; (c) acting in violation of these T&Cs; (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (e) entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable or against the ethos and principles of Mondelēz or which may be considered disparaging; or (f)for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper.

3.1. For details of the Prizes (defined in Annexure II), refer to Annexure II.
3.2. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-substitutable and under no circumstances will be exchanged for cash.
3.3. In the event of death of Prize Winner (defined in Annexure II), no nominees or heirs or any other person shall be eligible to the Prize and no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Winner or any other person shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.
3.4. The Prize (including any merchandise) are being provided on as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of quality, suitability or comfort or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Unless the Prize is a product of Mondelez or the Campaign Partner (in which case Clause 5.5 will apply), You acknowledge, by participation in this Campaign, that You hereby release Mondelez and/or its Campaign Partner and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all claims pertaining to any defect, deficiency, damage, replacements, quality issues or any other claims connection with the Prize and that Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner shall not be liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for any damages of any kind related to the same. If any Prize Winner has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Prize Winner may directly contact the manufacturer or supplier/retailer/service provider as may be applicable.
4.1.We may, at our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Campaign for any reason whatsoever including should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control that corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Campaign or submission of entries.
4.2. By entering the Campaign, the Participant hereby releases Mondelez and/or their Campaign Partner from and agrees to indemnify Mondelēz and/ or their Campaign Partner and/or Campaign Partner and any of their respective officers/employees/directors/representatives/agents from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property or any violation of intellectual property rights of a third party or any law and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
4.3. Mondelēz accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties in relation to the Prizes.
4.4. We will not be responsible for: (a) any SPAM generated messages; (b) any SMS/whatsapp/other messaging service message delivery failures; (c) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by You or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign; (e) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (f) injury or damage to Your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign; (g) if the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Campaign link/technical requirements; (h) if the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign/contests; (i) other conditions beyond Our reasonable control or any Force Majeure Event. The Participant putting a missed call under the terms of this Campaign is deemed to be express consent on the part of Participant to exempt Mondelez and Campaign Partner from DND restriction imposed by the relevant Participant.
4.5. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Mondelez website or the Campaign Partner's Campaign website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, We reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If We incur any costs in connection with any breach of these T&Cs or any other legal obligation by the Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify Us or our Campaign Partner/s for those losses, damages, and costs.
4.6. We, in our sole discretion reserves our right to exclude You from the Campaign and/or not to attribute the Prize, and/or to cancel all or part of the Campaign, without any liability on our part, if We believe You have (a) breached any of these T&Cs; (b) acted or have the intention of acting in a dishonest or fraudulent manner, or in bad faith; (c) tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
4.7. Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Campaign or the downloading of any materials related to this Campaign.
4.8. If this Campaign is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Mondelez, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Mondelez may in addition to its other rights reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Participate; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign, as appropriate.
4.9. If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Mondelez reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
4.10. Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/or their respective affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Participant is unable to submit his/her entry for any reasons whatsoever including due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, internet issues, device compatibility, capacity constraints. etc.
4.11. All attempts will be made by the Campaign Partner to protect the data submitted to it by a Participant from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, Campaign Partner may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. Mondelez and the Campaign Partner should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/or their respective affiliates and their officers, business partners, directors, employees will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.
4.12. Campaign Partner will take reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no security breach at its end in the course of conduct of submission of entry for the Campaign and/or that there is no data / entry loss and/or any other loss at its end. However, in the event of a security breach and/or data/ entry loss and/or any other loss for any reasons whatsoever, Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/or its affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees will not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss on account of any such instances as may be sustained by the Participant. Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/or its affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees shall have the right at all times to exclude or disregard any entries submitted during any period where a security breach or data/entry loss or any other loss occurs.
4.13. Additional terms and conditions relating to Prizes and/or Campaign related services administered by the Campaign Partner are specified under Annexure III.
5.1. This Campaign is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participation in this Campaign is at your sole discretion and on a voluntary basis.
5.2. If there are any Government restrictions imposed on movement of people, operation of outlets, transportation or any other aspect which may impact the operation of the Campaign as usually planned, Mondelez and the Campaign Partner cannot be held liable due to such restrictions including for inability to provide the Prizes or changing the Prizes due to such restrictions. Any delay or inability to operate the Campaign in that regard will be treated as a Force Majeure Event (defined below). In the event of any directions of the Government applicable for consumers/Participants/Prize Winners, You shall ensure due compliance to the same and Mondelez and/or the Campaign Partner cannot be held liable for any non-compliance in that regard.
5.3. You agree that all decisions related to the Campaign made by Us are final and binding on You. Failure by Mondelez and/pr Campaign Partner to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
5.4. We will not be liable for any costs incurred by You in connection with Your participation in the Campaign. Announcements and information about the Campaign shall be posted on the same page where these T&Cs are posted.
5.5. For any disputes, complaints, queries pertaining to this Campaign or Mondelez Products (defined below), please reach out to the us on 1800 22 7080 or suggestions@mdlzindia.com no later that 7 working days from the completion of the Campaign. Failure to do so will tantamount to the expiry of any claims in connection with the Campaign submitted by a person. For any complaints and grievances relating to Products or services or Prizes provided by any of our Campaign Partners, Mondelez will not have any liability or responsibility regarding the same. Complaints in relation to such Products or services or Prizes provided by the Campaign Partner should be referred to contact details given in Annexure III
5.6. If You are dissatisfied with the Campaign or any aspect of the Campaign including the Campaign rules, any content, any requirements of the Campaign form, the materials available related thereto, these T&Cs, etc. , Your sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Campaign.
5.7. If a person chooses to access this Campaign from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
5.8. Mondelēz or Campaign Partner accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Mondelēz and/or Campaign Partner shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
6.1. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) and all Campaign related material including those submitted by Participants shall vest solely and exclusively with Mondelez at all times. Mondelez or any person or entity permitted by Mondelez in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses/material or any information in connection with the entry, received in any medium whatsoever, for all its future promotions, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
6.2. If any material is submitted in connection with the Campaign (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording are taken of the Participants, the same are assigned to Mondelez upon submission and become the property of Mondelez exclusively. Mondelez may use the material in any medium in any manner it deems fit. Intellectual Property in any such material remains the sole property of Mondelez.
7.1. When You participate in the Campaign, we collect, receive, possess, use, store, handle, transfer, process and otherwise deal with personal information which is provided by You. This information may vary but will typically include information like first and last name, mailing address, complete date of birth, e-mail address, contact number, identity verification documents and details therein, etc. While doing so We collect, receive, possess, use, store, handle, process and deal with personal information from You that We consider necessary for the purposes of the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign and/ or by providing Your information, You consent to the collection, receiving, possession, use, storage, dealing, processing, sharing and handling of the information including personal information You disclose to Us.
7.2. Please also visit the Privacy Notice of Mondelēz the Campaign Home Page where these T&Cs are posted, to understand and acknowledge what we do with your information including your personal data. Please note that your acceptance of these terms and conditions and Your participating in the Campaign and/ or providing the information is deemed to signify your agreement to the Privacy Notice as well and the necessary consent to what could be done with the information including personal data You provide as described in the Privacy Notice.
7.3. Participants who have won any under the Campaign (“Prize Winners”) may be contacted by the Campaign Partner for collection of further details to ensure delivery of the Prize(s) and the Prize(s) shall only be provided if the necessary information as requested for by the Campaign Partner has been provided. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any errors in such information provided.
7.4. We reserve the right to refuse to issue Prizes to the Prize Winners unless they provide their information necessary to release the Prize(s) and to perform other activities applicable under the law.
7.5. Participants hereby authorize Us and/or Campaign Partner to use the personal data shared in connection with the Campaign.
7.6. By participating in this Campaign, You also hereby give your consent to Mondelez and/or any other third party nominated to carry out profiling of your anonymized data made available through Campaign Partner. Campaign Partner will take the necessary measures to secure and keep safe, either directly or through third parties, any such information that You may have shared.
7.7. It is important to remember that whatever You transmit or disclose can be collected and used by others or unlawfully intercepted by third parties. No data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your information, We cannot warrant the security of any information You transmit to Us.
7.8. Your personal information may be retained and may continue to be used until: (i) the relevant purposes for the use of Your information described in this clause are no longer applicable; and (ii) We and/or Campaign Partners are no longer required by applicable law, regulations, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes to retain Your personal information and the retention of Your personal information is not required for the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.
This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, lockdowns or related restrictions, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Mondelēz and/or Campaign Partner ("Force Majeure Event"). We and/or Campaign Partner shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Participants in the Campaign including the Prize Winners/Prize(s) as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
9.1. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these T&Cs, including (without limitation) this clause.
9.2. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
By participating in the Campaign, You give Mondelēz and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, images, videos, voice, appearance and the like as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like (“Publicity Material”), provided or taken or made in relation to the Campaign and any promotions, events, or Campaigns to follow. You agree that Mondelez and/or its affiliates have the right to publish Your saved item details/Publicity Material for any communication, promotions, events or Campaigns of Mondelez and/or its affiliates that follow. You agree that Mondelez and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of Your Publicity Material, including the copyright therein, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of the Publicity Material, and hereby release Mondelez and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.
11.1. By participating in the Campaign, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless, Mondelez, Campaign Partner and any of its / their respective affiliates, employees, directors, representatives and agents for any matters and for any and all liability in relation to this Campaign, including in relation to the quality of the Prizes or merchandize, personal injuries (including death) or harm, property loss or damage, misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Campaign, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Campaign, even if caused or contributed to by Our negligence.
11.2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to indemnify Us, Campaign Partner and any of its/ their respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
11.3. You shall be liable for all the taxation that might arise out of the winnings/Prizes from this Campaign and shall not hold Mondelez and/or Campaign Partner and/ or its/their respective affiliates responsible for payment of the same and/ or any dispute arising in relation thereof.
1. Campaign Period: This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. 1st July, 2023 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 31st August, 2023 ("Campaign Period"). Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
2. This Campaign is applicable PAN India except the State of Tamil Nadu as per the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes Prohibition Act, 1979.
3. You must comply with and satisfy all the required criteria to be entitled to participate in the Campaign including complying with meeting all eligibility and pre-conditions to win a Prize as set out in these T&Cs. Any breach of these T&Cs including without limitation any default or failure on Your part to comply with any conditions and requirements, relating to winning a Prize or participating in the Campaign may disqualify You from the Campaign or from winning a Prize.
4. How to Participate
(i) To enter the Campaign, the Participant shall scan the QR code printed on the pack of Product which will lead him/her to the Website. Alternately, the Participant can log on to the Website directly. The Participant shall enter their name, mobile number, email id to enter the Campaign.
(ii) To participate in the Campaign, the Participant must form a group of minimum 2 people to a maximum of 6 people ( “Group”). In case the Participant is forming the Group, along with their name, mobile number and email id, he/she must also enter Group name and number of members in the Group. The Participant forming the Group will hereinafter be referred to as "Captain"
(iii) Upon defining the Group size, the Captain will get a participation weblink which can be shared to the other members of the Group through whatsapp or SMS. The members need to click on the link and follow the same registration process providing mobile number, name and email id. This completes the Group registration process.
(iv) Until all Group members do not complete registration process, the entire Group will not be able to participate.
(v) The Group needs to collect points to stand a chance to win Prizes and Prizes will be awarded basis the amount of points collected by the Group. Points will be awarded when the Group checks in on the microsite together.
(vi) Check-in process - The Captain shall log on to the Website to start the check in process. On his/her phone, a QR code will be generated which the rest of the Group members need to scan through their mobile phones. Once all the Group members have scanned the code successfully, the Group is checked in. The QR code cannot be shared and can only be scanned physically. The QR code will be valid only for 10 seconds after which it will have to be scanned again to register check in.
(vii) For every check-in, the Group will earn 100 points. The Group can check-in any number of times in a day.
(viii) Leaderboard - The Participants can check their Group's total points on the leaderboard screen. The leaderboards are of two types – daily and weekly.
a) The daily leaderboard shows total points earned by all groups for that day (commence from 00:00:01 AM and end at 11:59:59 PM). This leaderboard will get reset at 12 midnight every day.
b) Weekly leaderboard shows cumulated points for the week (commence from Saturday 00:00:01 AM to Friday 11:59:59 PM). This leaderboard will get reset at 00:00:00 AM every Saturday.
(ix) Crispello Friendship Movie Night
As part of the campaign, there are screenings of three friendship themed movies to be conducted in select PVR cinemas. These screenings are conducted in three cities – Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore on select dates. Details mentioned below -

The Groups who have registered for the campaign and are from the mentioned cities only are eligible for this offering and stand the chance to win free tickets for these movie screenings by following the below mentioned steps –
1. Number of Prizes (Daily, Weekly and Friendship Day Rewards):
a) Daily Reward i.e. gift voucher worth INR 200: There are maximum of upto 6000 Daily Rewards under the Campaign
b) Weekly Reward i.e. gift voucher worth INR 1000: There are maximum of upto 4000 Weekly Rewards under the Campaign

The Prizes are funded by Mondelez under this Campaign, one for each Participant who complies with our T&Cs. Each Participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Campaign in the manner provided under the “Details of the Campaign and How to Enter” section given in these T&Cs.
2. Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in these T&Cs.
Chance to win Daily Rewards, Weekly Rewards or Friendship Day Rewards (together referred to as “Prize”) a. Daily top 100 Groups on the daily leaderboard will be eligible to win the Daily Reward of INR 200 gift voucher. A unique reward code will be sent to all the winning Group Captains registered mobile numbers within 24 hours of next day. In case there are more than 100 Groups qualifying basis the points accrued, the Participants understand that the selection will be made through a computerized randomizer/selection process. b. Weekly top 50 Groups on the weekly leaderboard will be eligible to win the Weekly Reward of INR 1000 gift voucher. A unique reward code will be sent to all the winning Group Captains registered mobile numbers on every Saturday post the week’s conclusion. In case there are more than 50 Groups qualifying basis the points accrued, the Participants understand that the selection will be made through a computerized randomizer/selection process. c. On Friendships Day (6th August 2023), top 15 Groups with the highest cumulated points since the start of the Campaign will be eligible to win the Friendships Day Rewards of INR 10000 gift voucher. The detailed terms and conditions in regard to above Prizes are captured in Annexure III
3. The image of the Prizes depicted on the ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prizes may vary from the pictures.
4. All applicable taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize(s) shall be the responsibility of Prize Winner.
5. Winner Selection, Winner Announcement and Contacting Winners:
5.1. The Daily, Weekly and Friendship Day Rewards winners of the Campaign (together referred to as “Prize Winner”) will receive the reward codes in the following manner –
5.1.1. Daily winners will get the reward code at the end of the day (post midnight)
5.1.2. Weekly winners will get the reward code at the end of the week (A week commence from Saturday 00:00:01 AM to Friday 11:59:59 PM)
5.1.3. Friendships Day Rewards winners will get the reward code on 6th August 2023
5.1.4. Crispello Friendship Movie tickets winners will get the email/SMS confirmation one day prior to the movie screening date. The tickets can be availed at the ticket counter of the specified cinema hall on the designated date and showtime.
The Prize Winners will be contacted by the Campaign Partner or execution partner through SMS etc. By accepting these T&Cs you signify your consent to be contacted for the purpose of this Campaign including for procuring additional information that may be required for delivering of Prizes where applicable.
5.2. All Prize Winners will be selected through a computerized randomizer/selection process.
5.3. Mondelez reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, select the Prize Winners based on creativity and efforts used to make videos while adhering the Campaign guidelines and Mondelēz’s decision in this regard shall be final & binding.
6. In the event that the Prize Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts would be made to contact the Prize Winner within the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Prize Winner does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Prize Winner’s participation in the Campaign will come to an end and the Prize Winner’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes.
7. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or the Campaign Partner basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.
8. Additional Terms in relation to Prizes
8.1. The Prize is provided on an “as-is basis". Mondelez and their associates, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible or liable for failure by the Prize Winner to redeem the Prize(s) won or to take part in the Campaign itself including due to restrictions placed by any government authorities restricting movement or travel. You understand and acknowledge that this Campaign is being offered on a reasonable effort basis and the ability of the Participant to avail the benefit is subject to Government permissions and restrictions that may be imposed upon people movement or upon the operation of retail shops and other commercial establishments. Mondelez and its Campaign Partner shall not be held liable on this account if any Participant is unable to avail the benefit due to such restrictions.
1. Terms and Conditions – Swiggy Voucher (INR 200)
i. This Voucher entitles you to 100% Off upto the voucher value (i.e. Rs. 200) on Food Orders on Swiggy Platform in select cities of India.
ii. Post the issuance of the unique code to the customer, the customer has 30 days to claim the reward, beyond which the code shall stand invalid. One code can be redeemed only once.
iii. Offer is valid on Swiggy Android and iOS App only.
iv. Offer is valid once per user, one coupon code can be redeemed only once.
v. Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only, i.e., they will not be applicable on orders under Cash on Delivery.
vi. Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only. The voucher amount can only be applied on the food amount only. Restaurant Charges, Order Packing Charges, Delivery Charges & Taxes to be paid by the customer.
vii. Offer not applicable on Domino's COD Orders.

i. End user needs to register the card by sending an SMS to 9695566677 with GACT(Space)16 digit card number(Space)6 Digit PIN. For example, GACT 3837462299874738 123456
ii. For Cafes redemption please inform the Cashier that the order will be paid via gift cards
iii. The gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, Merchandise, but not valid on Combos
iv. For redemption, the end user shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of billing, which shall trigger an OTP to the end user's registered mobile as mentioned above. The OTP needs to be shared with the store cashier for a successful redemption to complete the transaction
v. The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, CCD shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch at the cafe
vi. Once registered, the E-gift card is not transferable to other mobile numbers
vii. Validity of E-gift card shall be 12 months from the date of purchase
viii. E-Gift Card shall be Valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Airport cafes, Corporate cafes & Discounted cafes. The gift card is also accepted on ccdonline.in (not app) for Contactless Dine-in, Take-aways and Home Delivery.
ix. The E-gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos
x. Taxes as applicable.
xi. A E-gift card can be redeemed multiple times
xii. This E-gift card does not allow any top up
xiii. No cash payment will be made by the company for the E-gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged
xiv. In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the E-Gift card, the difference must be paid by the customers through other available payment modes
xv. No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued E-gift card
xvi. Clubbing multiple cards are not allowed
xvii. Any unspent amount available in the E-Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited
xviii. The company does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the E-gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either
xix. E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
xx. Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the E-gift card in case of any dispute if any

3.Terms and Conditions – BookMyShow Voucher (INR 1000)
i. This Voucher entitles the Winner to Rs. 1000/- off on one movie transaction at the BookMyShow website /App. The Voucher will be mentioned on the SMS.
ii. This Voucher is valid for all shows from Monday to Sunday.
iii. Discount is offered on a minimum of 1 movie ticket and on a maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end-user.
iv. The Winer will be required to present a copy of the credit/debit card at the cinema hall prior to redemption.
v. To avail of the offer, Winners will have to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
vi. If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
vii. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
viii. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
ix. The Winner acknowledges that theatre manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules shall apply.
x. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 1000
4.Terms and Conditions – Dominos Voucher (INR 1000)
i. Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for denomination of INR 1000.
ii. Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile Apps/ Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
iii. Domino’s EGC can be used multiple times till 100% of the amount is utilised, however this must be redeemed within the validity period and the unredeemed balance in the card will be forfeited after its validity period.
iv. Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
v. Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
vi. No refund will be made for any lost E-gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
vii. Maximum one EGC can be used per order.
viii. Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry.
ix. JFL's maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e gift card.
x. Redemption will happen on Domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile APP/ Mobile Website (PWA) & Desktop website. In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
xi. Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
xii. Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
xiii. EGC validity is for 180 days from the date of issuance.

xvii. JFL at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of EGC, without any prior notice.

5. Terms and Conditions – Myntra Voucher (INR 1000)
i. This Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year from date of issuance.
ii. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
iii. Multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
iv. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
v. Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App (“Platform”) only.
vi. In cases where the order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card. The Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
vii. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
viii. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
ix. Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
x. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
xi. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards. Myntra/Pine are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
xii. Once the Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, Myntra shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such -Gift Cards. .
xiii. Myntra assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
xiv. Myntra reserve the right to cancel the - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
xv. Myntra reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the -Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
xvi. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
xvii. Gift Cards are not applicable on the following sellers: Titan Company Limited, Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Pvt. Ltd.
xviii. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
xix. Myntra shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above
xx. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired -Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the -Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.

6. Terms and Conditions – Amazon Voucher (INR 10000)
i. Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in.Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
ii. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.

xii. Gift Cards are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its Gift Card issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Cards and transaction undertaken using the Gift Card. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time.
